Frances and Ian have lived in Iceland, as permanent residents, since August 2010. Moving here from the North of Scotland and a life of hospitality and tourism. Married for over 53 years Frances manages the guest house and Ian still works as a driver guide for a small family business and our own guest bookings.
Our motivation is to provide a good affordable standard of living to those that visit Iceland. We offer a minimum of 2 nights Bed & Breakfast stay, with an evening meal if booked in advance. A shuttle service from the airport is available.
For 2025, we are introducing a limited number of all inclusive holidays, though we do not include flights, you have to pay that separately. Package includes, Bed and Breakfast, Airport Shuttle – both ways, dinner (on some nights), and private or small group tours with Ian as the driver guide. See our package.
